1. Services

FullStackEvolved ("FSEVO", "we") provides premium web templates, custom web development, automation systems, and micro-SaaS products.

2. Template License

Each template purchase grants you:

Single-site license: Use on one (1) project per purchase
Modification rights: Full freedom to modify for your project
No redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template source code
Support: Bug fixes and setup assistance included. Custom modifications are billable

3. Custom Development

Custom development projects are scoped through a discovery process. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins. All custom code is owned by the client upon final payment.

4. Payments

Template payments are processed through LemonSqueezy or Gumroad. Custom project payments follow a milestone-based schedule agreed upon in the project proposal.

5. Refunds

Templates: Refunds available within 14 days if the template has not been deployed or substantially modified. Custom work: Non-refundable for completed milestones.

6. Intellectual Property

All template designs, code, and branding are owned by FullStackEvolved until purchased. Client-specific custom work is transferred upon final payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

FSEVO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates or services. Templates are provided "as is" with best-effort support.
