Terms of Service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of fullstackevolved.com and every product or service sold through it. By buying a template, hiring us, or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our products.

1. Who we are

"FullStackEvolved", "FSEVO", "we", and "us" mean FULLSTACK EVOLVED LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with its registered office in Davenport, Florida. You can reach us at hello@fullstackevolved.com.

2. What we offer

We sell premium Astro website templates, and we provide custom web development, automation and AI integration services, and self-built micro-SaaS products. Templates are governed by sections 3 to 6. Custom work is governed by section 7. Micro-SaaS products are governed by section 8.

3. Buying and receiving a template

  • Checkout: Templates are sold through Gumroad, or directly by request through our contact page. Gumroad's own terms apply to the checkout and payment step.
  • Delivery: A template is delivered as access to a private GitHub repository. After payment we send a collaborator invite to the email address (or GitHub account) you give us, normally within a few hours and always within one business day.
  • Prices: Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT that Gumroad may add at checkout based on your location. We can change prices at any time; the price you paid is the price that applies to your purchase.
  • Optional CMS versions: WordPress, Sanity, or Emdash builds of a template are quoted separately and delivered under these same terms.

4. Template license

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template as follows:

  • One end product per license: You may use the template to build one (1) website or web application. Staging, preview, and development copies of that same site count as the same end product. A second site, or a site for a second client, needs a second license.
  • Client work is allowed: Agencies and freelancers may buy a license on behalf of a client. The client then becomes the licensee for that one end product.
  • Modify freely: You may change any part of the code, design, and content for your end product.
  • No redistribution: You may not resell, sublicense, share, or publish the template's source code, in original or modified form, on its own or as part of another template, theme, starter kit, or code library. You may not share your repository access with anyone outside your project.
  • No competing products: You may not use the template, or a derivative of it, to build a product whose main purpose is to be sold or given away as a template.
  • Third-party assets: Fonts, icons, libraries, and demo images inside a template keep their own licenses (for example the SIL Open Font License or the MIT License). Placeholder photos and demo copy are for preview only. Replace them before launch unless their license lets you keep them.

The license starts when we grant repository access and is perpetual for the end product it was bought for. We may revoke it if you breach these terms.

5. Support and updates

Every template purchase includes bug fixes and setup assistance for twelve (12) months from the purchase date. The full scope of what is covered, response times, and how to reach us are on the Support page, which forms part of these terms. Custom features, design changes, content entry, and CMS conversions are quoted separately. Fixes and updates are pushed to your private repository.

6. Refunds

  • You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if the template has not been deployed to a public URL and has not been substantially modified.
  • To request one, email hello@fullstackevolved.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method, and your repository access is removed.
  • Refunds are not available for a template that has been deployed, substantially modified, or delivered together with paid custom work.
  • Because a template is digital content delivered immediately, by accepting repository access you ask us to begin delivery at once. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you acknowledge that this means your statutory right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins. Our fourteen-day policy above still applies to you.

7. Custom development and services

  • Custom projects start with a discovery conversation and a written proposal. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted as a change request.
  • Payments follow the milestone schedule in the proposal. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Upon final payment, you own the custom code written specifically for your project. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, components, and know-how, and we grant you a perpetual license to use them inside the delivered project.
  • Unless the proposal says otherwise, we may show the finished project in our portfolio and case studies.

8. Micro-SaaS products and demos

Our micro-SaaS products and template live previews are provided for evaluation and use "as is". Unless a product has its own separate terms, we may change, pause, or discontinue any of them at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual property

All templates, designs, code, text, and branding on this site belong to FULLSTACK EVOLVED LLC or its licensors. Buying a template gives you the license in section 4, not ownership of the template. Nothing in these terms transfers any of our trademarks.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use our templates, products, or services for anything unlawful, to infringe someone else's rights, or to distribute malware. You may not attempt to bypass a purchase, scrape or copy the site's content at scale, or misrepresent yourself when contacting us.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Templates, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that a template will be free of errors or compatible with every hosting provider, browser, or future version of its dependencies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FULLSTACK EVOLVED LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the terms in force on the purchase date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
