Astro restaurant templates, compared side by side

We build four Astro restaurant templates: Bella Vista, Mise, Nocturne and Nonna. All four ship a full menu page, a reservation path and real food photography, and they cost $29.99 one time. They differ in how many pages you get, how bookings work and how the homepage moves. The table below puts those differences in one place, and every name links to a live demo you can click through before buying.

Astro restaurant templates side by side

Template Pages Menu Reservations Homepage hero Price
Bella Vista Live demo ↗ 8 4 courses, 16 dishes with prices, photos and V/GF badges Tabbed reservation + contact form (opens on #reserve) Ken Burns photo loop, pure CSS, no animation library $29.99
Mise Live demo ↗ 14 Six courses with allergen lines and seasonal tags, from a typed collection Reservations page with Resy and OpenTable handoffs plus a phone fallback Pinned horizontal tasting menu: three course panels scroll sideways $29.99
Nocturne Live demo ↗ 6 8 tasting courses, 6 à la carte dishes and 6 wine pairings Reservation form with a live summary card (front-end only) Pinned eight-course degustation with gold-leaf text wipes $29.99
Nonna Live demo ↗ 8 Tabbed menu, 5 categories, 16 dishes with allergen chips Validated reservation form with inline errors and a success state The restaurant name fills the screen and wipes open on load $29.99

None of the four includes a booking backend. Mise hands guests to Resy or OpenTable; the other three ship the form, its validation and its success state, and you connect it to the form or booking service you already use. Each one is a static Astro site you can host for free.

How to choose between them

Count the pages you will really keep up to date. Mise has the most (journal, press, chef, team, private dining). That only helps if someone will write the journal and update the press list; if not, Nocturne's six pages or Bella Vista's core five are less to maintain.

Decide how bookings happen today. If you already take reservations on Resy or OpenTable, Mise is wired for that handoff. If you take them by email or phone, any of the other three works once its form points at your inbox.

Match the motion to the room. Mise and Nocturne turn the tasting menu into a scroll sequence, which suits a set menu and a guest who browses. Bella Vista and Nonna keep the homepage simpler, which suits a place people look up for the menu, the hours and the phone number.

Need staff to edit the menu without touching code? All four keep menu items in plain data files. We can also connect a CMS (EmDash, WordPress or Sanity) on request; see EmDash website development or the full list of services.
